We're Back! -- Stormwolf -- Tuesday, February 23 2010
After a long absence, Wolf Den is back and ready for action. Though a lot of people have come and gone over the years, we are still here ready to step forward.
Many people have asked over the years just what is Wolf Den? Are we a raiding guild or a PvP guild? The answer to that question is we are both and neither.
While we have ran and raided through the years, we have never totally had the numbers or been focused purely on raiding. And neither have we focused entirely on PvP.
Instead we have remained flexible offering both the opportunities to both raid and PvP in one place. While it has driven some players away for various reasons, we believe it makes us better players to have an understanding of both sides, lets us relate to players on either side of the fence more easily, and keeps us from going insane from pushing routines and schedules that take the fun out of a game. Yes, we still remember WoW is a game to be enjoyed.
So if Wolf Den is neither a Raiding nor PvP guild, what is it then? Well the simple answer is a place to make friends, enjoy playing time together and try and experience this "World of Warcraft" together without having to worry about schedules, gear scores, or honor rank.
Does this mean that Wolf Den will never take on serious raids or PvP/Arena competitions? No not at all, it will merely never be the total focus of the guild. Runs, raids and pvp will always be there.
As of now, we are a small guild ravaged by server transfers, people leaving the guild, the game and other issues, but we remain committed to staying afloat and picking up anybody that wants to be part of the pack.
I just wanted to give everybody a picture of who we are and what we plan to do
